Privacy Policy
The app is made by TitanCode (titancode.co.il). Questions about your data: yuval@titancode.co.il.
What we store and why
- Sign-in. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive an account identifier from them and, if you share it, your email address and name. We use these only to recognize your account so your data syncs between your devices. We never receive your password.
- Your journal. The days you marked putting on tefillin, the time, and whether you also put on Rabbeinu Tam.
- Your settings. Your custom (nusach), language, appearance and reminder times; the place used to calculate zmanim (its name and coordinates, which are your location if you let the app detect it); the details you enter about your tefillin; names you enter for dedications; and a bar mitzvah practice plan if you use it (the name and dates you enter).
- Shared dedications. For a group you create or join: the group's name, its members, and the days members marked.
- Technical. A hashed session key and when your account was last used. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abusive traffic and is not stored by the app.
What stays on your phone
- Your location is used on the phone to choose the place for zmanim. Only the chosen place is saved to your account.
- Reminders are scheduled on the phone. No push server is involved.
- A device key is kept in the iOS Keychain (and in iCloud Keychain if you use it).
- Searching for a city uses Apple's map search.
What we don't do
No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and we never sell or share your data. Google and Apple sign-in data is used only for signing in.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare's servers (Workers and D1), which process it only on our behalf. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Deleting your data
In the app, go to More, Settings, Cloud, and tap "Delete account". This permanently deletes your account, sign-in links, journal, settings and group memberships from our servers. A group you created stays for its other members, under the name you gave it. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. A bar mitzvah plan is set up by the account holder, usually a parent.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

מה נשמר ולמה

- ההגדרות. הנוסח, השפה, המראה ושעות התזכורות; המקום שלפיו מחושבים זמני היום (שם וקואורדינטות, שהן המיקום שלך אם אישרת זיהוי מיקום); הפרטים שהזנת על התפילין שלך; שמות שהזנת להקדשות; ותוכנית הכנה לבר מצווה אם השתמשת בה (השם והתאריכים שהזנת).
- הקדשות משותפות. לקבוצה שיצרת או הצטרפת אליה: שם הקבוצה, החברים בה, והימים שהחברים סימנו.
- מידע טכני. מפתח התחברות מוצפן (hash) ומועד השימוש האחרון בחשבון. כתובת ה־IP משמשת לרגע כדי לחסום עומס זדוני ואינה נשמרת באפליקציה.
מה נשאר בטלפון
- המיקום משמש בטלפון לבחירת המקום לזמני היום. רק המקום שנבחר נשמר בחשבון.
- התזכורות מתוזמנות בטלפון עצמו, בלי שרת התראות.
- מפתח המכשיר נשמר ב־Keychain של iOS (וב־iCloud Keychain אם הוא פעיל).
- חיפוש עיר נעשה בחיפוש המפות של Apple.
מה אנחנו לא עושים
אין פרסומות, אין כלי אנליטיקה או מעקב, ואנחנו לא מוכרים או משתפים את המידע שלך. המידע מההתחברות עם Google ו־Apple משמש רק להתחברות.
איפה המידע נשמר
בשרתים של Cloudflare (Workers ו־D1), שמעבדים אותו רק בשבילנו. המידע עובר בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS).
מחיקת המידע
באפליקציה: עוד, הגדרות, ענן, ״מחיקת החשבון״. הפעולה מוחקת לצמיתות מהשרתים את החשבון, חיבורי ההתחברות, היומן, ההגדרות והחברות בקבוצות. קבוצה שיצרת נשארת לשאר החברים בה, בשם שנתת לה. אפשר גם לבקש מחיקה במייל.
ילדים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. תוכנית בר מצווה מוגדרת על ידי בעל החשבון, בדרך כלל הורה.
שינויים
אם המדיניות תשתנה, נעדכן את הדף הזה ואת התאריך שלמעלה.
